Venue Rules (Website-Ready)
To keep Peach + Pine beautiful, comfortable, and stress-free for everyone, we ask all guests to follow these simple guidelines.
Capacity
Maximum occupancy is 50 people, including vendors and staff.
Guest count must be confirmed in advance and may not be exceeded.
Hours & Timing
Earliest access is 8:00 AM.
All events must conclude by 12:00 AM (midnight) — including music, bar service, and guest departure.
Access outside standard hours is by approval only and billed at $50 per 15 minutes.
Setup & Layout
Setup is based on the details provided in your Event Details Summary (guest count, table shape, linen color).
Changes after the 14-day deadline are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Cleanup
Standard cleanup is included (up to 1.5 hours).
Excess cleanup or damages may be deducted from the $150 refundable deposit.
Noise
Please be mindful of our neighbors and the town’s noise expectations.
The Venue may ask for volume reductions at any time.
Repeated noise issues may result in early event closure without refund.
Alcohol
If alcohol will be served, Client must provide event liability insurance with alcohol coverage at least 30 days prior to the event.
All alcohol service must comply with state and local laws.
Clients receive 10% off beverage purchases at White River Liquor.
Décor & Space Care
No nails, screws, staples, or permanent adhesives on walls or fixtures.
No confetti, glitter, or small loose décor that is difficult to clean (unless approved in advance).
Candles are allowed only in enclosed holders (or use LED candles—always welcome).
Vendors & Deliveries
All vendors must follow Venue rules and timelines.
Vendor arrival and departure times must fit within your reserved rental window unless pre-approved.
Safety & Respect
No smoking or vaping inside the venue.
No illegal substances.
The Venue reserves the right to end an event for unsafe behavior or serious rule violations.
