Cancellation Policy

Peach + Pine Event House

At Peach + Pine Event House, each event is thoughtfully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, we maintain the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties.

Reservation Deposit & Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.

Failure to submit final payment by this deadline will result in cancellation of the event and forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

Cancellations

All reservation deposits are non-refundable. Because your date is reserved specifically for you, cancellations will result in forfeiture of payments made.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can shift. One (1) event date change may be permitted:

  • Must be requested at least 30 days prior to the original event date

  • New date must be within 12 months of the original booking

  • Subject to availability

  • Pricing may be adjusted based on the new date or selected package

No-Shows

Failure to use the venue on the scheduled event date without prior written communication will be considered a no-show. In such cases, all payments made, including the reservation deposit, will not be returned.

Force Majeure

Peach + Pine Event House shall not be held liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Emergencies or unforeseen events

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your event or apply payments as a credit toward a future booking.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

Requests are considered official only once they have been received and responded to by Peach + Pine Event House.
