Venue Layout & Flow Design — Basic Package Ideal for intimate celebrations or small corporate gatherings. We’ll create a practical, guest-centered floor plan that optimizes seating, traffic flow, and focal areas (ceremony spot, cake table, presentation area). Includes:
One custom 2D layout for up to 60 guests
Recommended seating arrangements (rounds, long tables, cocktail-style)
Placement of key stations: bar, food/service, AV, gift/guestbook

Venue Styling & Aesthetic Planning — Standard Package Perfect for clients wanting cohesive look + function. We’ll translate your color palette and vibe into a cohesive room design that feels warm, natural, and intentionally curated. Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus:
Mood board with color, textures, and decor direction
Suggested linens, greenery, lighting accents, and furniture styles
Table setting recommendations (centerpieces, place settings, signage)

Full Event Design & Implementation — Premium Package Our most comprehensive offering for those who want hands-off confidence. We design the layout, select and coordinate decor, and oversee setup so your event unfolds beautifully. Includes everything in Standard, plus:
Detailed 2D and optional 3D layout renderings
Inventory checklist and vendor coordination (rentals, florals, AV)
